Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2 (GHRP-2) is a peptide made up of just six amino acids, which stimulates secretion of endogenous GH. In researches, GHRP-2 showed ability to stimulate the pituitary to increase secretion of GH by 7-15 times, to stimulate ghrelin receptors and in such a way to promote appetite.


GHRP-2 Nouveaux

Growth hormone releasing peptide (GHRP-2), also known as pralmorelin, is a 6 amino acid peptide. GHRP-2 belongs to the family of growth hormone stimulants discovered in the 1980s that have been extensively studied for their effect on growth hormone release. Despite the different chemical structure of natural ghrelin and GHRP-2, studies have shown that GHRP-2 and ghrelin have the same biological effects. GHRP-2 binds to the growth hormone secreting receptor (GHSR), which regulates the release of growth hormone. GHRP-2 works by stimulating the pituitary gland to produce natural human growth hormone. It increases the production of growth hormone by increasing the signal that causes the release of natural growth hormone and inhibits the activity of somatostatin, which causes a further increase in the level of endogenous growth hormone. GHRP-2 is the strongest member of the GHRP family, which makes GHRP-2 an excellent oral peptide for lean growth and muscle building. A single subcutaneous dose of 1 mg / kg induces a peak growth hormone response of about 50 mg / l in healthy young men. GHRP-2 or GHRP-6 can be combined with sermorelin or sermorelin acetate to increase the benefit of each peptide in increasing lean muscle mass and fat loss by releasing human growth hormone. Although GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 are small peptides that stimulate the release of growth hormone, each has different chemical and metabolic properties. GHRP-2 causes a higher release of growth hormone and a lower hunger response compared to GHRP-6. In addition, GHRP-2 causes higher secretion of prolactin and adrenocorticotropic hormone compared to GHRP-6. However, the half-life of GHRP-2 is much shorter than GHRP-6 (15 minutes compared to 2 hours), which means that it is excreted from the body much faster and will require more frequent doses. GHRP-2 has demonstrated a number of benefits in human clinical studies, including increased growth rate in children, increased appetite and weight gain in anorexia, and normalization of IGF-1 in critically ill patients.

GHRP-2 is stable and effective after both oral and intravenous administration and has been shown to be safe in clinical studies in healthy human volunteers. GHRP-2 is packaged into vials as a powder and must be completely dissolved in BAC water. 5 mg GHRP-2 can be dissolved by adding 2.5 ml water to get 2 mg GHRP-2 in each 1 ml solution. These solutions should be stored at 2-8 ° C for up to one month. Three doses of 100 μg per day can be given for both fat loss and muscle growth, both subcutaneously and intramuscularly. Each dose should be spread throughout the day.

Mild side effects, including a transient increase in appetite and cortisol levels have been found in human clinical trials with GHRP-2. Headaches have been reported in some patients, but the body will eventually adapt to GHRP-2 and the side effects should stop.

According to the results of clinical trial, which were published in The Endocrinology and Metabolism Magazine in 1997, GHRP-2 increases GH secretion both in adults and children, and even in elders.

GHRP-2 is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, white lyophilized powder intended for subcutaneous or intramuscular injection, after reconstitution with sterile Water for Injection (0,3% m-Cresol).


Mechanism of action

The main effects of GHRP-2 are GH secretion stimulation, appetite promotion, fat mass decrease and muscle mass increase, lowering of cholesterol level, skin and bones state improving, defense of the liver and anti-inflammatory action.

The researches confirmed high safety of GHRP-2 and almost no side effects, if GHRP-2 is administered within the recommended dose range. GHRP-2 has been clinically trialed for 30 years. Thus, delayed side effects can be excluded.


Adverse reaction

GHRP-6 Peptide is generally very well tolerated by most individuals when used at the recommended dosages of up to 200mcg per injection.

If you are using insulin syringes which have short needles, you will need to enter the skin at 90°. to the skin, otherwise you can inject as shown in the illustration above with a 29 or 30 gauge, 0.5" needle.

Dosage

Recommended dosage of GHRP-2: 100mcg (0.10mg) once per day for anti-aging. Between 400-600 mcgs, divided in two or three doses per day for muscle gain and fat loss, directed via subcutaneous injections.


Storage

  • This product can be used not more than 3 years from the production date (see box).
  • After reconstitution, may be stored for a maximum of 14 days in a refrigerator at 2°C – 8°C.
  • Store vials in an upright position.
  • Store in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C). Keep in the outer carton in order to protect from light.
  • For one month can be stored at room temperature.

GHRP-2 is stable and effective when administered both orally and intravenously and was demonstrated to be safe in clinical trials using healthy human volunteers [5]. GHRP-2 is packaged into vials as a powder and needs to be completely dissolved in BAC water. GHRP-2 5 mg can be dissolved by adding 2.5 ml of water to provide a 2 mg of GHRP-2 in every 1 ml of solution. These solutions should be stored at 2-8°C for up to one month. For fat loss and muscle gain, three doses of 100 mcg can be administered daily either subcutaneously or intramuscularly. Each dose should be spread throughout the day.
